Legal Tech / AI SaaS
Legal Proposal Workflow Platform
Predict.Law is a legal-tech SaaS product focused on proposal workflows. The product includes AI-assisted behavior, but the design work was mainly about making the workflow easier to understand, configure, compare, and review.
Project Overview
Predict.Law needed a clearer product experience for legal proposal workflows. The problem was not visual polish alone. Users needed to understand what they were setting up, what changed between options, and where they still had to make a decision.
My Role
I worked as Lead Product Designer across product strategy, information architecture, workflow design, interface structure, and product-language decisions.
The Challenge
The main challenge was turning complex proposal logic into a workflow that felt understandable, configurable, and reviewable.
Design Process
I started by clarifying the sequence of the workflow. Then I focused on onboarding and configuration logic. Finally, I structured comparison and review moments so users could understand the options in front of them.
Solution
The solution organized the product around onboarding, configuration, proposal comparison, and review. The interface language and screen structure made the AI-assisted parts easier to inspect instead of treating them as a black box.
Depth
What was complex about Predict.Law, and what I helped clarify.
- The product needed to explain legal and product logic without overwhelming the user.
- Configuration and comparison screens had to be understandable before they could be useful.
- AI-assisted behavior needed to appear as reviewable support, not as final authority.
- How onboarding and configuration should introduce the workflow.
- How comparison and review steps should be sequenced.
- How interface language could make the product logic easier to follow.
Created a clearer proposal workflow model and a more legible interaction structure for the product team to keep building from.
